Through ‘collaborative benchmarking’, DataSource initiates a management tool for both companies to use to ensure program success and satisfaction. The Quality and Performance Review is one of the tools for clients to have an audit trail to track what was committed to contractually and the results.

Additional reports such as ac hoc and customized reporting can be created and provided by DataSource Technology Services –as needed or requested to meet specific client requirements.

Quality Metrics & Exception Reporting

DataSource can establish and track metrics for a client’s third party supplier, (not DataSource related). Metrics similar to those to DataSource’s Certified Network Suppliers are utilized.
