DataSource certifies a subset of our suppliers, based on cost and quality considerations. Additional savings potential is created by utilizing DataSource’s Certified Network.

Certification of Client Network

DataSource’s procurement and sourcing team can utilize its internal processes to create a proprietary, client-specific supplier network. This approach combines the benefits of client-directed network and DataSource’s quality-driven certification approach.

Full Supply Chain Management

DataSource is experienced in managing a client’s entire indirect supply chain, and can manage that broader supplier network on behalf of clients. This approach takes full advantage of DataSource’s broad contracting and supplier management experience.

Consortium Building

For spend categories specific to an industry or business, DataSource can build co-ops or consortiums to assist clients and others in the industry in leveraging their buying power. Consortiums are capable of changing the economics for supplies (direct and indirect) in favor of purchasers.
